Professor and Director of The Department for Teachers’ Education of “George Enescu” University of Arts from Iasi; teaches The Didactic of Musical Education, Intercultural Education, Pedagogical Practice; also she is associate professor at the Faculty of Psychology and Science of Education, “Al.I. Cuza” University of Iasi where she teaches Musical, Plastic Education and their Didactic. She graduated The “George Enescu” Conservatoire – The College of Music, Music profile (vocal and instrumental - piano), from Iasi (1981) and also she graduated numerous Courses of Training , Guidance and Orientation, IT and AEL Initiations, “The history and Culture of Rroma people in intercultural perspective within the European Socrates project” – “Dromesqere Euroskola” – The Intercultural Institute from Timisoara, Project Manager, Trainer, Mentor, Human Resources Manager, Methodist, Competent Professional Appraiser, Trainer for Internal and External Evaluators’ Formation – Bucharest – ARACIS (2001-2010); Editor Chief of Review of Artistic Education magazine, of the Centre of Studies and Intercultural Research. She obtained the doctor degree in 2006 with the thesis A possible way of musical education during the prenotation period of time, from interdisciplinary perspective under Prof. PhD. Mihail Cozmei’s supervision. She published 17 books and more than 60 specialty articles, studies presented at symposiums, conferences, and workshops.

Dorina Iusca obtained her Bachelor of Science degree and her Master’s degree in Psychology from “Alexandru Ioan Cuza” University of Iasi. She also received a Bachelor of Arts diploma from “George Enescu” University of Arts. She completed her Doctoral studies in Psychology with a research focused on psychological factors of music performance. Currently she is a PhD student in Music and she is developing a research in music perception.
At the present she works as a associate professor in “George Enescu” University of Arts where she teaches Psychology in the Department of Teacher Education. Her research areas include music psychology, educational psychology, neuro-psychology of music, music perception and cognition, psychological aspects of artistic education. She published numerous articles and she participated to different conferences, symposiums and workshops.

Obtained a Law degree at “Dimitrie Cantemir” University of Iasi. Also has a Science degree and Master’s degree in Theatrology from “George Enescu” University of Arts. She completed her Doctoral studies in Theater and Performing Arts with a research focused on theater history. Currently, she is a lecturer at the Theater Faculty in “George Enescu” University of Arts where she teaches Advertising and literary secretariat, Cultural strategies, and Show production. She published numerous articles and books and she participated in different conferences, symposiums and workshops.
